Different Day, Different Campus
Good to be out on a different university campus in Budapest today with the wonderful international team of CU guests. We gave away pastries and drinks, engaged people in conversation and invited people to the final event tonight (13th March). It was a privilege to pray with one individual to receive Christ.

Enschede, The Netherlands
One of the highlights of the university mission in Enschede the Netherlands 🇳🇱 this last week was hearing from Nick who became a Christian at last year’s passion week and this year was serving on the team. Passion Week - 2nd - 5th March 2026.

The University of Twente, Enschede
One of the things I love about university missions is the opportunity to sit around and have informal one-to-one conversations about God, spirituality and the deeper questions of life that sometimes don’t get addressed in our frenetic lives. Last night was no different and it was great to stay round after the evening talk to chat to students in the students union building on campus.

SOMA Meeting
A good planning meeting yesterday with Richard Moy and Claire and Tiff from SOMA about a trip to the continent of Africa, where I’m leading a team later in the year. It’s to the Central Busoga Diocese of the Church of Uganda and it was good to be joined on the call by its Bishop, the Rt Revd Patrick Wakul . We look forward to partnering with him and serving the vision of the diocese and learning from the people of God in that place.

One of my Prayer Partners
Good to catch up with my dear friend and prayer partner Matthew Porter today when I spoke at the College of Archbishop’s Evangelists (of which he is the Chair). We both spoke affectionately of the third man in our triplet Ric Thorpe who we have lent to the Anglican Church of Australia for a season to serve as the Archbishop of Melbourne.

Sharing Hope
It’s been lovely being back in my home county of Lancashire this weekend to lead the Church anniversary weekend for Caton Baptist Church. It’s been a busy time doing a training conference on Saturday as well as being the after dinner speaker for a celebration dinner on Saturday night. It was a joy to preach to a packed chapel this morning and then at a special outreach service tonight. Wonderful to see six people come to Christ and hopefully (by information, inspiration and i

A Taxi Driver and an Evangelist
A true story : Greg the Evangelist and the Ethiopian taxi driver I caught an Uber last night from Woodbridge to Annandale in Virginia USA. 🇺🇸 It was about a 40 minute ride and I got chatting to the taxi driver. He was a 31 year-old Ethiopian who had been in the United States for about six years. I asked him if he knew the story of Philip and the Ethiopian from in the Bible. He said that whilst he was from a Coptic Orthodox background, he didn’t read the Bible and didn’t thi

Serenity House Counselling Services Inc
It was an honour to give a lecture tonight at Serenity House, a secular community-based treatment facility in Addison, Illinois offering addiction recovery services. The event was organised by Eternal Buzz Cafe , a wonderful ministry headed up by Vito LoCascio that encapsulates and embodies the principles of incarnational and holistic mission. I spoke to the men on "Addiction and Grace : 8 principles to cultivate freedom on the road to recovery". It was fun, animated and boi

Trustees Weekend
It was bittersweet moment to say goodbye to two Trustees this weekend - Suzie and Alastair Dow - who have served faithfully on the Kingfisher board for four years. Suzie was and will always be the first chair of Kingfisher Ministries and oversaw the ministry from its inception to becoming a registered charity. I am profoundly grateful to both her and Alastair for their friendship and for the energy and commitment that they have brought to the ministry. At the same time, I'm

St. Luke's Cranham
Back late last night from a weekend of training in evangelism, preaching, teaching and mentoring and doing evangelism at St Luke's Cranham in Greater London. People seemed to be inspired, equipped and released to share their faith and three people made public commitments to Christ. It was a joy to stay with the Vicar James Rigby (and his lovely family) who has been in post for a year now and doing a sterling job. Good too to catch up with young evangelist Sam Twine and his fi

My trip to Moldova
I returned last night from a week long ministry trip to Moldova 🇲🇩 . This was one of the most fascinating trips I’ve done this year. My thanks go to Aidan Patrick Benbow for the invitation and for organising the packed programme (I think he got more tired than me 😜). I flew into the capital Chișinău but spent the week in the third city Bălți known as ‘the capital of the north’. Moldova is the poorest country in Europe and is under developed but I found its people warm, we
