Greg has had a fruitful summer! Whilst on holiday in Portugal, nine people came to faith in Jesus: Three taxi drivers, some people on the beach and a man in a bar!
In September, Greg was invited to speak at Lymm Baptist Church. He spoke to the churches together at Lymm’s annual ecumenical celebration - three people prayed to receive Christ. He also spoke to the youth in the evening service.
When he preached at Wycliffe Church in Warrington – his first time preaching at a URC church - he preached on “ONE – Being a United Church in a Divided World.” Two people prayed to receive Christ.
Greg ministered to the youth at his home church of St Mary's Cogges, in Witney – “Celebrating our unity and Diversity.”
He also presented a paper, to the local deanery at St Mark’s Dundela, for a theology morning.
Greg is currently in Finland, where he has been invited to speak at the 4th Veritas Forum. This is an international apologetics organisation, which has expanded into over 200 universities across North America, Europe and Asia. Greg will be talking on “My take on Good Leadership”. He writes: "On my way by train from Helsinki to Vaasa, (the nearest I’ve been to the Arctic Circle). Hoping for 11 wonderful days."
We're looking forward to letting you know the fruit of this adventure soon.
