Evengelism
Evangelism (simply put) is:
‘Handing out invitations to a party that is out of this world!’
Evangelism is the first of Kingfisher’s trust objectives which, in the words of the theologian, Dr William Abraham, is to “Initiate people into the Kingdom”.
This we intend to do by public, process and personal evangelism and to dream up as many innovative, creative and culturally connecting ways to reach the lost as possible.
Evangelism in the post Christian paradigm needs to be incarnational - that is not just inviting people to come to Church based events, but to go to the lost where they are and in the words of theologian Dr Martin Robinson “invade secular space”
