ABOUT KINGFISHER MINISTRIES
Greg Downes is the Director of Kingfisher Ministries and has had the joy of preaching on all six (inhabited) continents, but not yet to the penguins of Antarctica.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO...
Ultimately we believe that it’s only when people encounter Jesus Christ that their lives can be changed, and they themselves will become agents of transformation.
To quote John Wesley “I believe in changing the world the old fashioned way - one soul at a time”. Kingfisher Ministries want to leave a legacy of not just doing evangelism, but training others who will train others to do it.
We have a passion for investing in leaders and emerging leaders mainly because some incredible leaders took the trouble to invest in us - and that was probably the single biggest factor in helping grow as a disciple of Christ and an emerging leader.
Sadly there is such a deficit these days of mentors of integrity and people of godly influence both inside and outside the church.
Younger people are crying out for people from the older generation who are experienced and mature to be a guide and encouragement to them.
