I've known David Dodwell since February 2009 when I moved back to Watford to start what became LST's Centre for Missional Leadership.

Dave was a student in the first ever student cohort and did the mission module when he was the Youth Pastor of Wellspring Church in Watford.

It has recently been announced that he is to be the new Senior Leader succeeding the wonderful Tim and Helen Roberts who have served faithfully for a quarter of a century.

One of the joys of my life is to walk with, advise and invest in leaders and it was a great joy to spend a few hours with this amazing, gifted and godly man.
