Trustees Weekend

It was bittersweet moment to say goodbye to two Trustees this weekend - Suzie and Alastair Dow - who have served faithfully on the Kingfisher board for four years.

Suzie was and will always be the first chair of Kingfisher Ministries and oversaw the ministry from its inception to becoming a registered charity.

I am profoundly grateful to both her and Alastair for their friendship and for the energy and commitment that they have brought to the ministry.

At the same time, I'm delighted to announce that Deena McGuire (pictured) has accepted my invitation to become a trustee and serve as the chair with immediate effect.

I have got to know Deena as she is part of my home church, St Mary's, Cogges and she is an amazing woman of God who I look forward to working with over the coming months and years.
