Michael Hugh Mosley

(22 March 1957 – 5 June 2024)

Sad to hear of the premature death of Dr Michael Mosley (aged 67) who often wrote on the keys to longevity (the article penned below just weeks before he died).

He was a great medical journalist & communicator who gave his science mass appeal (his books were a great help to me in my battle to get slim & stay slim).

As useful as this is the real issue is not the years in your life but the life in your years -and only a collision with the Divine can give quality in time & quantity in eternity.
